Here you will find a list of the various manuals, articles, videos, and resources to help you explore the topics covered in the Caregiver TLC Workshop. In this workshop our focus is on you, the caregiver.

While the person you are caring for might benefit from the tools and skills that are taught in the workshop, our goal is to help you care for yourself so you in turn can care for someone else. Caregiver TLC Workshop consist of six weekly 90 minute sessions held over Zoom. The topics range from stress, mood, and anger management, to topics of building resilience, fitting in self-care, and finding ways to combat isolation.
