The Optimal Aging Center was founded in 2018 by Dolores Gallagher Thompson PhD, and Larry Thompson, PhD, both internationally and nationally acclaimed board certified Geropsychologists. The Optimal Aging Center is dedicated to share the founders’ contributions to promote mental and physical well-being in persons over age 65 by assisting professionals through consultation, education, & research. The OAC is a valuable resource for older adults, family members, and health care providers.  With its expert staff, the Optimal Aging Center is positioned to provide evidence-based information and support older adults to lead healthy lifestyles and age optimally.
